How much does a pool installation cost?

Every pool is priced around your site, its size, and the materials and finishes you choose, so there is no single figure. After a first site visit we send a fixed, itemised quote covering excavation, structure, filtration and finishing, so you can see exactly where the budget goes before any work starts.

How long does it take to install a pool?

Most Poolen builds take eight to twelve weeks on site, from breaking ground to your first swim. Design, permits and approvals happen before that and usually add four to six weeks. You get a week-by-week schedule at kick-off, so you always know which stage is next.

Can you design a pool around my backyard?

Yes. Every Poolen pool is drawn for one specific plot. We survey levels, access, drainage and sightlines first, then shape the pool, decking and planting to suit what is already there, whether that is a narrow city garden or a sloping rural lot.

Who handles permits, approvals and safety requirements?

We do. Poolen prepares the drawings, submits the applications and deals with your local authority directly, including fencing, barriers and any inspections required for sign-off. You review and approve the plans; we manage the paperwork and the site visits.

What upkeep does a finished pool need?

Day to day it is light work: skim the surface, check the water balance weekly and let the filtration run on a timer. We hand over a plain-language care guide at completion, and you can add a Poolen service plan if you would rather we handle openings, closings and seasonal checks.
